Appointments are made and held using a credit card number. If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours the credit card used to hold the appointment will be charged for the full amount. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Scheduled Appointments<\/span><br>If you are a new client, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the appropriate forms for the services you are receiving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Late Arrivals<\/span><br>If you arrive late for an appointment you will receive the service you are booked, for the remaining time allotted. Please have it available upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Gift Certificates<\/span><br><a title=\"Gift Certificates\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dev.botanicadayspa.com\/product\/gift-certificate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gift Certificates<\/a> are available for most of our services and packages, as well as in any dollar amount. You can purchase a Gift Certificate, in person, <a title=\"Gift Certificates\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dev.botanicadayspa.com\/product\/gift-certificate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">on our website<\/a>. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
